What's happens if I need to cancel the day my child is booked on?
You are welcome to change to another day or have the value in a gift certificate to use another time but we won't be able to offer a refund.

What happens if the weather is poor or you need to cancel
Its very rare we have to cancel activities, we reserve to right to adjust activities to fit around the weather but on the rare occasion the weather or anything else causes us to cancel we will offer full refunds.
