Adventure is waiting for your children at the Wilderness  camp. Adventurous and exhilarating outdoor activities in stunning locations are combined with a unique approach towards providing young children with a 'back to basics' wilderness experience; our safari style camp allows children to experience a more hands on residential stay. The wilderness camp offers a truly unique accommodation experience in the form of safari style bell tents. On site is also a large under canvas dinning area as well as a large 'hot tent' with log burning stove which provides large group refuge from the elements.

Accomodation at Camp

We offer accommodation in traditional canvas tents, they offer a substantial structure while maintaining that connection with nature. Children are provided with camp beds that allow them a comfortable nights sleep and sleeping bags are available for hire if you don't have your own. The children work in groups to keep their tents organised and tidy, this is encouraged through tent inspections that offer a fun challenge while developing responsibility. The childrens tents are in close proximity to the teacher/staff tents and the toilets are also a very short walk. The site is lit up through the night and there are optional nightlights available.

Menu options

If you want to go and spend the morning flinging yourself of waterfalls and abseiling down rocky outcrops you need a full stomach. 
Breakfast
Cereals, pastries and fruit make up our breakfasts.

Lunch
Lunch buffet including sliced meats, fresh bread, cheese, salads, fruit, savoury pastries, cereal bars, crisps and much more.

Evening Meals
On the first night we offer a BBQ with, burgers and sausages, on following nights we offer options such as spaghetti bolognaise and sausage and mash. 

ALLERGIES AND DIETARY
Our catering team are fully trained in ensuring we can offer food that suits all dietary and allergy requirements.

Toilets and Showers


​Showers are currently housed in our shower tipis and offer lovely hot showers after a day of adventure. Toilets are provided by a series of posh portaloos, these are cleaned daily and offer a private and clean option in our offgrid camp.
