This September, join us in one of Scotland’s most untamed corners for a weekend of wild adventure, deep connection, and elemental reset.
The Wild & Free Retreat is a collaboration between The Conscious Self and Wilderness Company — created to reconnect you with nature, your body, and the deep inner calm that so often gets drowned out in daily life.

Whats Included

All activities from morning until evening will be included as well as meals on Friday and Saturday evening, all safety equipment will also be provided. The programme will be fixed in place in the weeks before as we'll need to programme around the weather. However we will intend to take part in the following activities,

Where

We'll be running the weekend in and around the Colvend Heritage Coast with the picture perfect village of Rockcliffe being central. The Clonyard House Hotel is where we will be located (staying here is not required). Assuming weather and tides play their part we'll be moving between incredible beaches, tidal islands and deep forests.
